SHIPPING

All Azaara jewelry is custom made to order.

We appreciate your patience as some pieces may take up to 4 weeks to ship.

All jewelry will be shipped fully insured to destinations within the United States via Federal Express for $12.00.

For orders of $300.00 or more, all jewelry will be shipped to destinations within the United States on a complimentary basis.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All Azaara jewelry is custom made to order.

All purchases, plus shipping and insurance, must be prepaid in advance via wire transfer.

EXCHANGE POLICY

 All jewelry is Final Sale. We accept returns of unused and/or defective merchandise for WEB CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of purchase provided the merchandise is accompanied by your original receipt and all original tags remain affixed to the merchandise. ALL SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. This includes items purchased using any on line promo or discount codes.  Our thousands of customers understand this policy and have been very satisfied with their deals.

All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please email WEB@AZAARA.COM to obtain an approval for a Return Authorization Number. If it is an approved return, you receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and you may send the returned merchandise with the original receipt to:

Shipping charges will not be refunded towards your store credit. Azaara cannot be responsible for returned merchandise prior to our receipt. We therefore suggest that you insure all parcels and make sure to ship with "signature required" to make sure your returned item is received by Azaara. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed and there will be a shipping and handling charge should you want Azaara to ship your item(s) back to you.

REPAIRS

Azaara stands behind our product.  We will repair damaged product bought within 12 months of the date of purchase on a complimentary basis due to defect or for any other minor issues.  If a more involved repair is required, a reasonable charge may apply and will be advised at time of receipt of the repair.  If you need to send us a repair, please emailn LA@Azaara.com to discuss the possibility of obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and you may send the returned merchandise with the original receipt to:

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for their repairs including a $12.00 shipping charge when items are repaired and ready to be shipped back.
